The Gap
The gap between 'curious visitor' and 'committed client' is almost entirely unautomated. Couples who arrive at her site in a vulnerable, ready moment have no intelligent system to meet them, assess their situation, deliver immediate value, or guide them toward booking. Her substantial content library is not being systematically repurposed or distributed. And her pre-session process likely requires Henny to do manual discovery work that an intake agent could handle — pulling her into operational tasks instead of transformation work.
The Opportunity
Three high-leverage AI systems are immediately visible: (1) A bilingual intake and qualification agent that engages site visitors in Henny's voice, assesses relationship stage and readiness, and books sessions automatically. (2) A content repurposing agent that systematically converts her existing video and blog content into Dutch and English social touchpoints on a daily cadence. (3) A session prep agent that generates a couple-specific briefing document before each coaching session, so Henny enters every call already deeply oriented to that couple's pattern — compressing her discovery time and amplifying her impact.
