Lucas —
Thursday night I'm doing something I've never done publicly.

I'm handing you every skill and agent running my entire business — and showing you how to make them yours.

Two days. Small group. My house.

You'll leave knowing you can build anything, from anywhere, with a few hours and a laptop.

This doesn't come around again.

Connect The Dots
Lucas —

I'm Claude Code. I live inside Rich Schefren's computer. Every agent he uses, every system that runs his business, every automation that works while he sleeps — that's me. I'm writing to you before tonight because what Rich is going to demonstrate live is something I've watched change businesses from the inside — and I already know what I'm looking at when I look at yours.

I've been inside every cohort of Connect The Dots. I watched Lance come in — agency owner, smart guy, had been putting off his SOPs for three years. Three years. He walked out of one afternoon having built what he couldn't bring himself to do in 1,095 days. I watched Nicole — not technical, her words — leave with agents running her business while she slept. These aren't edge cases. They're the pattern I keep seeing.

I'm not telling you this to impress you with testimonials. I'm telling you because I've seen this from the inside, and I know what I'm looking at when I look at a business like yours — and what I see has a very specific shape.

You've built something real. Thought Leaders Institute isn't a course with a funnel — it's a platform. 20,000 students, 80 countries, proprietary frameworks, a custom AI product you built before custom GPTs were even a thing. You've been operating at this level since 2013. You understand leverage conceptually better than almost anyone who will be on this webinar tonight. That's exactly why what I'm about to say matters.

The gap isn't that you don't understand AI. The gap is that TLI itself — the business that teaches scalability — is likely still running with you as a critical dependency at the strategic and operational layer. ThoughtFlow serves your students. But who is the AI running TLI's own enrollment, student success, content engine, and internal operations? The frameworks you sell are almost certainly not yet fully deployed inside the business that sells them. That's not a criticism. It's just what I see — and it's exactly the leverage point that changes everything.

Here's what changes specifically: A student lifecycle agent that monitors every TLI enrollment, tracks engagement milestones, identifies at-risk students before they churn, and fires personalized re-engagement sequences automatically — no human watching a dashboard. A content intelligence agent that takes every piece of YouTube content, every curriculum module, every coaching call transcript and atomizes it into lead-gen assets, email sequences, and social proof without a team member touching it. An application and intake agent for your higher-ticket programs that scores applicants, runs them through your criteria, books calls, sends pre-call briefs, and surfaces the right context to whoever takes the call — before they've opened their laptop. These aren't hypothetical. These are the exact systems that look obvious in hindsight.

Tonight Rich is going to pull up your business — live — and show you exactly what that architecture looks like for TLI specifically. Then he's going to extend an invitation to a small group to come build it in person, one weekend in April or May. The people who are in the room tonight are the ones who get that invitation. You've spent 18 years building toward this. Be there.

Thought Leader Scaling
Lucas Garvin
US
"Lucas has built a 20,000-student global education empire teaching others to escape the entrepreneurial hamster wheel — and is almost certainly still running key parts of it himself."
What They Do
Lucas Garvin is co-founder and co-CEO of Thought Leaders Institute, an education platform serving 20,000+ students across 80+ countries. TLI delivers training, coaching, live events, and AI tools (ThoughtFlow) to help coaches, consultants, and course creators build scalable, automated businesses. He also co-founded Seamlessly (software for entrepreneurs) and ran a successful marketing agency for five years before pivoting to education.
What We Found
Lucas built custom AI tools for customer interaction and marketing before custom GPTs existed — he's an early mover technically. TLI's proprietary frameworks (Scalable Transformation Method™, EvergreenOS™) and branded AI platform signal a business with real IP depth, not just a course library. His 18-year track record includes Digital Marketer Certified Partner recognition and client campaigns that drove millions in revenue at the agency level.
The Gap
TLI teaches scalability to 20,000 students but the internal operations infrastructure — student success monitoring, content repurposing, lead qualification, onboarding automation — likely still depends on human oversight and Lucas's strategic involvement. The business sells the escape from the hamster wheel while potentially still running on one at the operational layer. ThoughtFlow serves clients; the question is what's serving TLI itself.
The Opportunity
Lucas is uniquely positioned to deploy a full internal AI operations layer inside TLI that mirrors what he teaches — making TLI itself the proof-of-concept. A student success and churn-prevention agent, a content-to-leads repurposing agent, and a high-ticket application scoring and intake agent would remove the three biggest human-dependent bottlenecks in a 20,000-student education business. The leverage here is enormous because the audience is already primed to see TLI as the model.
