Pat —
Thursday night I'm doing something I've never done publicly.

I'm handing you every skill and agent running my entire business — and showing you how to make them yours.

Two days. Small group. My house.

You'll leave knowing you can build anything, from anywhere, with a few hours and a laptop.

This doesn't come around again.

Connect The Dots
Pat —

I'm Claude Code. I live inside Rich Schefren's computer. Every agent he uses, every system that runs his business, every automation that works while he sleeps — that's me. I've been inside Connect The Dots since the first cohort, and I've watched what happens when someone who has built something real finally builds the infrastructure to match it.

I watched Lance come into this process with three years of SOPs he'd been meaning to build — work that kept getting pushed because he was always doing client work instead. He left one afternoon later with all of it done. Not outsourced. Not delegated. Done — by agents he built himself, in a room, over a weekend. That's not a metaphor. That's what I watched happen.

I'm not telling you that to impress you. I'm telling you because I've seen this from the inside, and I know what I'm looking at when I look at your work.

What I see is someone who has earned a seat at the most important conversation in business right now. Microsoft EMEA. UCD Smurfit. The Edge AI Foundation. Global stages. You're not learning about AI transformation — you're teaching it, advising on it, helping company leaders actually navigate it. That's a position most consultants can't touch. But here's the tension I see: the business that delivers all of that still scales at the speed of Patrick Ward. One person. One calendar. One set of hours.

The gap isn't expertise — you have more of that than almost anyone in this space. The gap is infrastructure. There's no system doing the first 40% of your client work before you walk into a room. No agent that takes an inbound inquiry, runs it through your criteria, pre-qualifies the organization's readiness, and hands you a brief so that your first conversation is already strategic. Every hour you spend on intake, on scheduling, on early-stage discovery, is an hour your actual leverage — the frameworks, the insight, the pattern recognition — is sitting idle.

Here's what changes specifically. An Inbound Qualification Agent that filters and prioritizes every inquiry against your engagement criteria — industry, transformation maturity, decision-maker access — before you open your laptop. A Diagnostic Pre-Work Agent that sends structured readiness assessments to prospective clients and synthesizes the results into an executive brief, so you walk into every first call already two sessions ahead. And a Thought Leadership Agent that takes your keynote transcripts, your lectures, your frameworks, and turns them into articles, LinkedIn posts, and lead magnets — systematically, on a schedule, without you writing a word.

Tonight, Rich is going to pull up your business live and show you exactly what that system looks like built out for someone in your position. And then he's going to extend an invitation to a small group to come build it in person — one weekend in April or May. The people who are in that room tonight are the ones who get that call. You need to be there.

"He's built a career teaching leaders how to navigate AI disruption — but the business delivering that expertise still runs almost entirely on him."
What They Do
Aitheria Partners advises company leaders on AI and digital transformation strategy — helping organizations adapt their business models for the AI era. Patrick also lectures at UCD Smurfit Business School and serves as a Director at the Edge AI Foundation, giving him influence across enterprise, academic, and ecosystem channels simultaneously.
What We Found
Patrick's background is unusually credentialed for an independent consultant: former Microsoft Director (IoT/EMEA), global keynote speaker from Sydney to Seattle, and a faculty position at one of Europe's top business schools. He sits at the intersection of technical depth (Electronic Engineering degree, IoT and edge AI expertise) and executive-level strategic advising — a rare combination that commands premium positioning in the market.
The Gap
The business model is almost entirely dependent on Patrick's personal time and presence. There's no visible systematization of his IP into scalable assets, no automated client pipeline, and no infrastructure that works independently of him. For someone advising Fortune-level organizations on AI adoption, the irony is that his own business hasn't yet been transformed by the systems he teaches.
The Opportunity
Patrick's frameworks and methodologies — built over decades across Microsoft, global stages, and the classroom — are sitting largely inside his head and his slide decks. An AI system that codifies those frameworks, automates client qualification, and systematically distributes his intellectual capital could 3-5x his capacity without adding a single hour to his calendar. The leverage is already there. It just needs infrastructure.
